Coaching Packages

Everyone is different. Some might find that just a few sessions with me are enough to get them on the road to success, while others may wish to have regular catch-ups over a longer period of time.

Ideally, we meet face to face; however, I’m very happy to do a Teams or Zoom call if that works better for your schedule. Some clients prefer a ‘walk and talk’ session, which works well for some.

I offer an initial free 20-minute session during which we can get to know each other and you can decide if coaching with me is the right step for you.

Package One: 3 Coaching Sessions

Package One offers a minimum of three coaching sessions to be taken at intervals and times that works for you. These sessions are designed to establish your personal goals, agree a plan and then to practice approaches to lead to action. We feedback, reflect and measure and adjust to achieve success.

Package Two: Three months of Coaching (6 sessions)

Package Two provides an extended coaching program. Most clients look to meet once every fortnight, with up to 6 coaching sessions over the 3 months. You can take these 6 sessions at times that suit you; for example, you might like more sessions early in the 3 months and less as you start to put into practice what we discuss.

Package Three: Coaching on tap (Package One with an ongoing relationship)

Package Three includes Package Two with an additional 6-month retainer agreement. This means you can call on me at a reduced hourly rate when required.
